Creating a culture, atmosphere and experience that produces incredible change and inspiration for our CrossFit 954 members has been and will continue to be one of my highest priorities.  It is expected that all members are committed to and help develop this culture.  

It is expected that you are positive on all fronts.  Negative talk about yourself or others will not be tolerated.   We change lives with positive, motivating and encouraging words and actions.  Negativity is absolutely banned from our facility.

If at any point you have an issue with another member or 954 coach please let someone from the 954 team know immediately.  We will handle the situation as quickly as possible.  We welcome criticism and encourage your positive feedback.

If you are ever in need of help or encouragement please seek out the help of one of our coaches or Team members.  We are here to help you reach your goals, but to do so you must let us know how we can best help you.  This includes an injury, nutrition, training or life questions.  We truly care about each of our members and we want to help you!

It is respectful for you to arrive on time for your training sessions, schedule within 24 hours or cancel sessions within 24 hours of your appointment.  You have access to use the facility anytime, but we ask that you give priority to the members that are being coached at that time.  They will return the favor during your training sessions.   We promise to be here on time and ready for your scheduled appointment and we hope that you will do the same.

Understand that your coaches have your best interest in mind.  Listen to your coach, follow their recommendations and rely on their expertise to get you great results.  We have a world class coaching team at 954 and you should respect and follow their lead.   This will get you the best results.

You must understand that it is completely up to you to put in the work needed to get amazing results.  We ask that you follow our nutrition plans, listen to your coaches, give 100% effort during your training sessions and get to at least 90% of your scheduled sessions for best results.  We guarantee that you will get amazing results if you simply follow our plan.  If you don’t follow our plan we cannot promise that you will see amazing changes.

You must follow our exercise and nutrition plans.  You are here for a reason.  You are not allowed to perform your own workouts in our facility unless discussed with one of your coaches prior.  Stick to the plan. We  got you!!!

Our experience with thousands of people has shown that consistency, progression and priority are the keys to your success.  Be consistent with your training and nutrition, always try to get better and make it a priority to get results.  If you do these three things you will be well on your way to success.
